Being part of the Forum for the Inculturation of Liturgical Music (FILM) UK has been an enriching chapter in my musical journey. FILM is dedicated to celebrating Catholic worship through Nigerian languages and musical styles, creating heartfelt connections through faith and culture.
I’ve had the joy of participating in reunions, concerts, and diverse gatherings across Manchester, Leicester, and Swansea. These events have allowed me to share music deeply rooted in my heritage, offering UK audiences a fresh and inclusive experience of African Catholic worship. Each event was an opportunity to bond, learn, and grow spiritually and musically, creating a space where tradition meets faith in beautiful harmony.
